Hi,
I've been trying to create an account via the Redbana website for days and it hasn't been fixed. I've had friends that have been trying to create an account as well and am unable to.
When I my sign up details on the website everything goes smoothly, but after entering the verification code and other details (password, username, secret question, etc.) when I click create account. An error message pops up and says that "An error has occured during the membership process. Please try again."
It is very frustrating that this has not been fixed. I've even sent support messages and sent a ticket, but I have not got a response.
