Hi, please make the % to receive items higher. I've  spoke to a few of my fellow audi friends and they said that they're also unhappy with the ticket/item ratio.  The ticket/item ratio is too high which stopped giving me and my friends the incentive to purchase anymore Gacha tickets.

Hello! Just so you know, Redbana sometimes does "Lucky Chance" gachas which means an increased chance of getting the prizes (how I got my Dingle-Dangle Nekoo uwu)!! BUT I totally agree... Some gachas have extremely low drop rates :/

I'm too dissatisfied, I agree that they should put the odds table for each item

Perhaps for the Bana gacha, we can have a different coloured rectangles arounding different items indicating rarity of prize.
