Game Freezes when buying tops, still takes cash but no item.

I've tried to purchase three or four tops for around 10k cash, each time the game freezes, i have to close it. When I log in the cash has been taken, but I have no items.

Hi bingo doesn't work either I tried confirming my reward for getting all 5 lines but when i click it it doesn't do anything
