Technical Support / "Cool" lag

I have this strange lag that would force me to "cool." This usually happens in ballroom but can affect the other modes too. Sometimes it lasts for the whole round or just a few moves. It is very annoying. The solutions I've tried to increase my frame rate are futile cause I know frame rate is not what is causing this lag. Any help or advice would be appreciated. Thank you!
