Technical Support / Forgot my pin?

Hi,

I was just wondering if anybody knew how it long it takes for support to get to you about a forgotten pin. I provided them with all the necessary information but I just haven't received any replies about resetting the pin for my account? X_X I haven't played in a while and I forgot the pin to all my accounts.

Sorry for all the trouble. Hopefully someone can respond soon!

Hello,

So I did do that but it still doesn't work. It continues to give me the same x-trap error and just closes the game. >.< I just download the file and let it replace the one in my original folder. Am I doing something wrong?

So I have been gone from the game for a while and tried this fix but it isn't working. I download the file but it's just an Audition.exe file and there's nothing to unzip.

I also sent in a support ticket to try and get help to fix my game, but I thought it wouldn't hurt to leave a reply here
