Bug Reports / Support not generating Ticket number response Email

Hi Redbana GM's,

It's been a while now and there has been no response. When you submit a ticket via support, there is no email confirmation to inform you of your ticket # and how to access your ticket. Therefore, there is no way to access your ticket and see the response that support gives. Please check your systems and see if this issue can be fixed, please.

Bug Reports / Guitar overlay keys wrong

For all that I can remember, guitar mode's overlay showcases keys to press when you play prior to the start of the song. In my screen shot attached, it shows the red/flameout keys to press in the wrong position with keys < n m , . >. The real keys to press with the red notes are           < m , . / >. It really confuses new players to guitar when the game tells you to press a set of buttons but in reality, including the F12 help guide tells u differently. Can we finally get a update to the correct keys to press in the beginning of guitar mode games?
