Hi Redbana GM's,
It's been a while now and there has been no response. When you submit a ticket via support, there is no email confirmation to inform you of your ticket # and how to access your ticket. Therefore, there is no way to access your ticket and see the response that support gives. Please check your systems and see if this issue can be fixed, please.
