It won't be implemented in any case but .. yeah there are pros and cons.

maybe it could be linked to the ticket system and when you report someone it can automatically go to the support system. that way people wouldnt have to log out of the game to file their reports. perfhaps it could allow them to attack a replay file form there too where replays are savable. but i also like the current ticket system too if anything xD

No it isn't.
GMs do nothing. I've reported a lot of people but nothing happened to them.
