I know there are many of these threads out there already but I just want to know if my character is going to be transferred or if I did something wrong.
So here's the story. I sent my transfer about 5 weeks ago on May 12, but my character still hasn't been transferred. I can't send another transfer, and I'm clueless on what to do. Should I just keep waiting for it or should I do something else? Help? ![]() *I know that there was something about emailing Nexon about [problematic?] transfers (which I did), but is there something else I should do? 5 weeks? Might wanna message/e-mail someone at RedBana.
I think Nexon isn't very helpful..?

![]() We know it’s kinda annoying to have situations like yours. And we sympathize to you on that. But FYI: We in Redbana, every character that we receive, we immediately forward it to the users (every server maintenance, or every tuesday). So, if you weren’t able to retrieve it after two weeks, you better send Nexon an e-mail, cause they might not know that they are having issues like this on their transfer system . Again we sincerely give our regards to your inconvenience, we are very sorry about that. ![]()

If you've transferred, and tried to contact Redbana through their e-mail and your account has not been fixed, it is most likely a problem with Nexon and they haven't sent over your character, despite requesting and accepting transfer. Especially over a month without a resolution.
You have to send Nexon a ticket through their feedback system and hope they don't give you a generic message. They really don't want to deal with it, but the users need to show them that this is a problem. |

Eh, true. I'm not all too sure that Nexon really cares about problems like this.
I sent the ticket but was answered with '......Audition is published by Redbana now.....' and '....if you have any questions, refer to them....?'. I also sent an email to which still has not been answered. Though it's pretty frustrating, I think I'm going to keep waiting for their reply or for my character to transfer [if that's possible]. For the moment, I'll probably create a character and play on that to pass the time. Thanks for taking your time out to comment.

please help me with my account I need to play in retrieve redbana I spend my 3 accounts to NEXON redbana cree but only one account in redbana and now that I come to my mind that I can not say that there is this only happens the first account with the account to create redbana and my other two accounts can not go not knowing that it was an account of an account with NEXON redbana Help please I hope your answer thanks

The same thing is happening to me. Nexon's customer service is not working for me. :/
I have waited for 2 weeks. I hope that my character gets transferred. |
