Why can't I log into the Redbana Homepage?

I've been trying to transfer my character for weeks now and I can't do so because I can't log into the page. I type my account name and password, hit login and my password gets longer and if I hit the login button again, it just shows as this:

I'll be waiting forever and it doesn't change the login screen at all, it just sits at this one.
I'm using a rig that was custom built, a pretty new Asus motherboard, really good RAM and my video card is "beastly". Running vista and using Mozilla Firefox.
I've made another thread about this and no one has given me a solution yet and sorry if this is in the wrong place.

Errr, thats what happens if you log in, yes the password seems to expand by a lot than your logged in, if not try using internet explorer or google chrome and see if its better than mozilla for you, (i use mozilla) try checking settings and what-not o-O

I've tried IE, said that there was an error that occured on the page and sat at the same screen forever also....I' currently downloading Google Chrome to try that, hopefully theres a better sucess rate.

Edit: Tried using Google Chrome and it WORKED!!! Ty very much Ryan for suggesting that.
