A question i guess this is techy

For last couple of trys I have had to get a new password and change it several times because when I try to play the game it wont let me log in says pass is wrong and it is a pass I use excessive so I could never forgot.
but now I received an IP change email..
what does that mean and why did I get it. I already sent email to support asking nicely what it means. But I thought i should try forum since people are always helpful as well.

I like to say thanks to support, for getting back to me and thanks to the people that were on for viewing i understand there was prob no answer u could give me =)
