embedding stuff?

how do i embed music videos and stuff into my post i tried this method :

and it didnt work. is there another?

[you tube]ending numerals and alpha[/youtu be]

But make sure, to delete the spaces in between youtube. xD

For example.
If you wanted to post a video with the url
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yPgkjuDCG24
You would take the alpha and numeral located at the end which is
{After the v=}
yPgkjuDCG24
And you would input that in between [you tube]yPgkjuDCG24[/you tube]
