[May 2019] BUGS AND NOTICE FROM THE SERVER ISSUE

Greetings Auditioneers,

Please take time to read.

We are experiencing bugs in the game after the 05/30/2019 server issue. We are already communicating with the developers to fix all these issues as soon as possible.

KNOWN BUGS:
1. Love Party - After successfully finishing a Love Party, another Love Party button will appear. Couple level remains the same and no rings were added even after finishing the Love Party.

2. Garden Gacha Machine - "A server functionality error has occurred. Please try again later." will pop up after clicking the 'Spin' button.

3. Garden Store - "A server functionality error has occurred. Please try again later." will pop up when purchasing Seeds, Care Products or any BEAT items.

4. Couple Garden - Some couple garden gifts/loots are unable to claim.

5. Shopping Mall/Couple Shop:
    - Purchasing 'TOP' items are glitch. If you exit the game and re-logged in, your BanaCash will be deducted but you did not receive the item.
    - Gifting items are glitch. If you exit the game and re-logged in, your BanaCash will be deducted but the recipient did not receive the item you sent.

6. Selling Inventory Items - "Abnormal data. Please contact the administrator" will pop up upon selling inventory items.

7. TimeBox - Currently, the TimeBox is not working.

8. Reverted Progress - We noticed that there are completed progress that has been reverted. Example: Wedding.

9. Missing Items - Some item purchases, gifting, or any transactions made before the server issue is missing after the server back up. We advised you to send a ticket to our support team for checking and insertion of the missing items. Please take note that we will collect all the possible concerns first before we insert the missing items all at once.


We are still checking the game to see if there are still some bugs/glitches that haven't been mentioned but of course the developers are already informed and we're waiting for a fix to these issues as soon as possible. If you encountered any other bugs, please let us know by sending a ticket to our support team.

In regards with the (x3 7-day exchange coupon) compensations, the team is still collecting the data of those who logged on May 30,2019 EST. Rest assured that your compensations will be sent accordingly and kindly wait for your compensations.

Also, the GACHA BONANZA Website is temporarily closed for checking.
