    Hello,
    I bought 4 days ago the "EXP boost package" from the web shop and I still don't have it.
    I also wrote a ticket 2 days ago but still no answer

    How to contact any GMs? What should I do now... I feel so bad. Spend so much money for nothing This is not fair.

    Hi Sunny_Doll, most of the items purchased in the web mall will appear as gifts in your gift box. As well, when you purchased the 'exp boost package', was banacash deducted from your account? Also, with the introduction of the web mall, I believe support is getting a larger number of tickets than usual. Give support an extra business day (3 days total) to see if they can help you further. I submitted a ticket not too long ago and it took them longer than usual to reply to my ticket. I'm sure support will get back to you soon.

          Kindly try to reply again in the ticket that you have sent and inform the support staff that you still have not received the item. (or did you already received it?)

        Yes... It was deducted from my account

        6 days are over since I bought it and nothing... I am very disappointed.
