  • Password Recovery + Ticket Support

    Hey,
    i tried to recover my password (haven't played for ages) like 5 times and never received any E-mail. Attachment



    I wrote to the Ticket System 3 times already.
    No Email that my ticket got created.
    No Ticket Number to check my status.
    No answer.

    So I try my luck here now.

    Got 1&1 | web.de blacklisted?
    What can I do to get my account back?

    I remember my Email, my UserID but my password no chance at all.
    I tried every password I remember.

    Submit a ticket using an email address from a major provider (gmail, yahoo, etc.) because Redbana emails never reach certain email domains (e.g. mail.com) for whatever reason. Then you should get the ticket confirmation right away. From there, you can try providing as much information as you can remember and hopefully they can help you from there.

        Also check your spam/junk folder(s) to see if they may have slipped into there.
