How to enable pics in siggy

Only links show up in my signature area, i'm using the code which only links to it, i've seen other people with just links also.

Only Moderators and above have it enabled at the moment, at the moment it's being looked into.

Well I just did a fast check on a normal account and it says that upload signature image is not allowed for normal users, I will try to get a word over this during the day hopefully guys.
