Wont let me get passed channel.

After I log in in wont let me enter any channel why is that? D:
Oh and this is random but I was wondering is it possible to have a tie in game?

Well, you can actually make it past, but it appears that there is some high level server connection lag going on.

Also, no you can't tie, even with same score the person who is holding first place at the moment still wins.
