when my account transfers
Will i still have the clothes im wearing and the beats i have
plus the ones that are transferring o-o

If you made an character on an account that was pending transfer, you'll get everything your transferred character has. You won't be able to access anything from your created character. This is due to the whole "2 character on 1 account" problem.

that the beats add together o-o

It's not.

You'll have two completely different characters on your account. You'll have to request from Redbana Support to split your characters, putting one on an empty account in order to access your gained beats and items on your created character.
