So im currently on my last 2 1/2 months grad quarter from the Art institute of vancouver, and as things go jobs are looking a bit rough and i see that redbana you still have job offerings posted in most positions, so right now i'm doing a homework assignment which i had to research possible locations and companies i want to work for, redbana being one of them i've researched a bit on you requirements and specifications.

I meet almost all the requirements such as, Maya, after effects, ZBrush, premier pro, photoshop, etc. been taught all that. i can clean up meshes create edit textures, so on.

what i'm wondering is how the hiring situation is right now and how are the chances for me getting a job in the States being that i'm from canada, and would need to get a Visa to work in the states aswell.

also last question is what do you guys look for in a resume and what kind of work or demo reel would you like to see that would make you choose me over anyone else?

if there's anythign else i should know that'd be much appreciated. :) thanks

If they don't hire you, it would be their loss. Simply put.
