Hello i created a red bana acc at Thu, Apr 23, 2009.
I requested my audition character to be transfered on that same date , till now i got not answer either from Redbana or from nexon. Now i have 17.200 nexon Cash expiring and i've been waiting for this transfer since end of april.
I need help on this matter cause i think that my cash will expire cause noone is taking care of the player transfers as it seems.
I've been waiting for more than 1 month for this to be solved yet noone gives me a answer last week i requested support and i wrote a ticket to redbana support but it seems everyone quite busy to even bother to answer ?
Are you kidding with players acc's and players money ?
Some answers would be really apreciated.
My cash will expire on 30 June i hope that before that things get sorted cause since 23 april till now and according to the transfer guide you had on your website things would take 2 or 3 weeks i've been waiting way more than that.
