Transfer Problem

So I requested my character transfer around maybe late April or early May (I'm pretty sure) and it still hadn't transferred. My friends said they saw my ign on the rankings board and the exp wasn't changing but when I try to log on it still says Pick a nickname. So should I just keep waiting?

They're still transferring accounts.
Just because you're on the rankings doesn't mean you transferred.
Try sending an email to support@redbana.com to see if your problem can be fixed.
