Several issues. First, you need to add a power supply and video card (unless you already have them). Second, you chose an LGA 775 motherboard, when the Core i7 920 uses LGA 1366. Those 2 are incompatible. Either switch your motherboard to an x58 series or switch your cpu to a Core 2 Duo/Quad. Third, if you want to stay with the Core i7 920, you need DDR3 triple-channel ram, not DDR2. Fourth, don't bother buying a sound card. The ones that come integrated in the motherboard are just as fine, if not better, than the one you listed. Fifth, do not buy a third party cpu cooler unless you plan to overclock. The one that comes in the cpu retail box works fine.

If you live near a Micro Center, they sell Core i7 920s for $199.99.
For your monitor, a few bucks more can get a nice 22" LCD monitor: http://www.buy.com/prod/viewsonic-value-va2232wm-22-lcd-monitor-1680-x-1050-5-ms-0-282-mm-1000/q/loc/101/214098608.html
I'd recommend switching your 500GB WD with this 640GB as it's a newer design with faster performance: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822136319
You can also switch your dvd burner with a cheaper one to save a few bucks: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16827136177

Good luck with your build! :)

I want to build my own computer but I'm afraid I'm gonna fry the stuff when I put it together LOL.

I know how to do everything EXCEPT putting the processor in. I've never installed a processor.

Processors are by far the most difficult thing for me to installed Nearly Destroyed my first one. When i build my first computer .... I didn't read the instructions and nearly made a piece of crap out of my Comp ... Though remember just Read everything that is important to the Custom Comp Should look up a few tuts on how to install a Processor before attempting

And Btw Namvu you should buy a video card Unless you have one ...
