They're called signatures. Get a screenie of yourself cut and paste yourself out and then design some super awesome background and place yourself on it. Mission complete.

If you haven't already, take screenshots of your character in-game. You can use the PRINT SCREEN button on your keyboard and it'll automatically save into your Audition SCREENSHOTS folder.

You need an image editing program to edit your screenshots to make a signature...

Like other people said, get a (or several) screenshot(s) of yourself, and use skills and decorate it at your hearts content, it'll help if you have photoshop or neopaint(:
