Character Transfer Issue? [Archive]

I'm not sure if this is the right section or not, so don't flame please kthx xD.

Anyway, for some reason it kept saying that my Nexon ID didn't exist, so I just created a character, which is now level 3. Now I went back to the website to actually see if what I think the problem was, was the problem. My user name was being capitalized. Well, that's Nexon for you. So it said that the character transfer is being processed and to check back later, however I did make a new character. Will my original character replace my new one, or did I just screw up big time? Thanks for the help :3.

Accidently made a nub on my account. I didn't play on him once though. :\

i have no clue :O! good thing i didnt make a new character on my account xD but hopefully all of our accounts will be returned so i can play on my char again :)

Billy? Anyway, Theres a chance that will happen, If you don't get your account back, you will have to email redbana at their support email which i believe is redbana@support.com or something..

Normally if you were a bit late in transferring your Nexon account, you'll have a little bit of a wait on your hands because Redbana is still transferring accounts which have been requested before yours. If you try to login before your Nexon account has been transferred to Redbana's server, it will ask you to input a nickname for your character which you should not do.

If you have, you will have to contact Redbana with your character name and account name (I think..) and ask them if it's possible to fix this.
